The development consists of rebuilding, refurbishing and extending four 1930s houses in a private road in Hampstead North London. Enabling works and site investigation began in the autumn of 2008 with completion of the final contract by the end of 2012.
The four properties are set in mature park land gardens accessed by a private gated road. The site is located in the Redington / Frognal Conservation area on the western slope of a hill.
Each of the original 1930s houses was designed as a one off house and PKS have continued this theme designing each residence to be unique incorporating bespoke solutions both for the interiors and elevations to each of the properties.
The scheme blends traditional building aesthetics with contemporary spaces inside the buildings and out.
